I just visited there is so much to do and see. Great architecture,miles of shopping on Michigan avenue and the lake is a great place to go for a run.i went to the Whole Foods for a salad the downtown location is huge the biggest I’ve visited.the salad bar.if your wondering if I eat anything besides salad not really. I lost 5 lbs my first month of dieting. Then my weight loss stalled so I decided to eat more strictly by making all my own food so since I’m a little lazy mostly salads. I also decided to do more exercise and have been rewarded. Down 2 more pounds for a total of 7. I plan to vary my food a little more by cooking so stay tuned for some recipies.
