Flooding in Costa Rica 

Hurricane Nate caused a lot of damage in Costa Rica. These pictures are from almost 2 weeks after the storm. Many people homes were washed away others had damage to all their belongings. The ground is still saturated.My friend Adrienne is organizing the efforts in the Quepos area. Collecting,sorting and delivering what those affected need most. I have been volunteering between 7am and 1pm. Perfect for intermittent fasting. Doing good then eating perfect timing. The weather has been rainy but I have been doing yoga and walking when I can.
