I was in Paris for Thanksgiving. I kept with the poultry theme and had duck confit. I eat every bit of the skin to make sure I’m eating enough fat, which works out perfect because it’s the best part. I should have told them to hold the potatoes but forgot so I had to stare at them. Someday I will eat a few when I’m maintaining instead of losing I hope.Considering it was the end of November the weather was quite nice. About a high of 60 most days. I wore this jacket early in the morning but took it off soon after.I was there for a few days so had duck again. This time I held the potatoes.
