I’m trying to get back to what worked for my weight loss so far and that is eating a lot of salads. As you will notice I still have not figured out how to use my recipe maker, but the good news is I know I need a new computer to make this all work better. Using my iPad isn’t letting me do it all, anyway I plan to get one next week.
Besides that I have added MCT oil to my diet hoping it would help keep me in ketosis. Maybe I used to much or I just coincidentally have a stomachache but seriously I have a really bad stomachache. Anyway I will cut back and see what happens.
