It’s hard to get in a workout and walk 10,000 steps each day. Sometimes I’m surprised how little I have walked in a day, and I don’t own a car so I walk everywhere. You really need to move every chance you get if you want to help with weight loss. So embrace going out of your way.
On Saturday I planned on just going 4 blocks to my local post office but thought to myself dress like you might have to go to the central post office. It was the weekend and even on a weekday the Belltown post office isn’t always open all of it’s posted hours. Of course it wasn’t probably part of the government shutdown. So I walked downtown.Luckily I chose a pink hat and joined the women’s march. So instead of 8 blocks I walked 3 miles. I have to mail something else today. The more you walk the more easy it is to stay in Keto.
