Here’s what I did manage to take a picture of.Salads nothing exciting but I love salads and it’s easy to stay Keto. I did manage to lose a pound.I ate this downtown Denver at Modern Market Eatery. You pick your protein and sides. This is pulled pork, salad and grilled vegetables.I made this quick snack by mixing cream cheese and Gorgonzola spreading it on celery sticks and topping with walnuts.
Either way I’m down a pound so I guess that’s progress.
