I ate this downtown Denver at Modern Market Eatery. You pick your protein and sides. This is pulled pork, salad and grilled vegetables.
I made this quick snack by mixing cream cheese and Gorgonzola spreading it on celery sticks and topping with walnuts.
Either way I’m down a pound so I guess that’s progress.
