I have been eating strictly and added P90X2 to my routine. I finished week one and stepped on my scale but it seems not to be working. I will have to see if I can fix that. I feel good though so hopefully I will see a difference in my clothes and not worry about the numbers. I will say it’s hard and I’m not completing all the moves but looking forward to improving. I will some before and after when I’m happy with an after.
