Keto egg fast

Well it’s been a while I’ve been a little lazy. So I decided to jump right back into things we have a keto egg fast. There seems to be many variations of the keto egg fast. The most basic seems to be.

3 meals of eggs of 2-4 eggs

1 Tablespoon of fat per egg

3-6 ounces of cheese per day

Some say you can have a bulletproof coffee instead of a meal, there are also some recipes where people add a little sweetener and spices.

I already messed up and had some bacon on day 1 so maybe I will consider that an intro and start today.

Pictures of just eggs are not that exciting.
