I read a few blogs about doing this egg fast and they all complain a lot, now granted this was only day one but I’m looking forward to more eggs. For breakfast I had over easy eggs with mozzarella cheese and olive oil.For lunch I had sunny side up eggs with a slice of cheese that I ate before it ever hit the plate. I’m cooking all my eggs in butter. A lot of butter.For dinner I had 2 hard-boiled eggs and 2 Tablespoons of butter with sea salt that I just ate in a slice. That was it. I drank about 100 ounces of water (3 liters) and 2 cans of sparkling water. I just had a drink every time I thought I might be hungry and that works great for me. Like I said looking forward to day 2 and more eggs.
