I’m doing this again 5 days nothing will stop me.
For breakfast I had a bulletproof coffee. That will be my only substitution.
For lunch or later in the day eggs with cheese. I like over easy eggs but if one breaks in the pan I scramble.For dinner over easy eggs again and some cheddar cheese.
I cook it with a lot of butter to get my Tablespoon of fat per egg. My favorite butter at the moment organic with sea salt.
Feeling great and looking forward to more eggs.
