The second day 2
Anyway I started my day with 2 eggs over easy. I also had goat cheese in between so it melted.Not the most picturesque eggs.
Next I made egg pancakes
2 Tablespoons cream cheese
Just blend and make more like crepe style pancakes, they just come out thin. Then I topped it with more butter and a few drops of stevia.Then more over easy eggs with cheese that I gobbled while cooking the eggs.Feel great will wait until day 4 to weigh myself. I have read others being sick of eggs but I’m not yet.
