I ate eggs on day 6 and then on the morning of the 7th day I had one egg then came home took a nap then finally weighed myself. I lost 4 pounds during the week and 1 more pound from the previous week of the partial egg fast.
I think it’s successful because it is so low carb. My plan is to continue eating eggs for a meal and a bulletproof type coffee everyday to keep the carbs low. Bacon never tasted so good.

I used the macro calculator from Keto Savage website. I have found I only lose weight if I’m very low carb. You learn a lot when you count and make more mindful decisions.
