I will started my day with bulletproof coffee I have been adding extracts for a change of flavors today I had cream de menthe. It was really good.
I had a snack of walnuts.I have been going to CrossFit at noon and don’t like to eat to much before. After I did have the last of my burgers.Then before dinner I had a snack of olives artichoke hearts and pork cracklings.I was tired so instead of dinner I ate more cracklings. I know it’s only been a week but this is easy so far.
