I had coffee at my neighbors so I added some cream. Then I made a grilled cheese with my last piece of Keto bun.Then I fried up some carnitas from Trader Joe’s that have been in my freezer for just in case for Hong long I’m not sure. Anyway it was still delicious. I didn’t have any sour cream so I substituted cream cheese. It looks not so great but tasted a lot better than it looks. I added salsa and hot sauce.I also had my last piece of sausage and some more chocolate fat bombs.Day 10 I went to Cancun. I left early so drank coffee with half and half on the plane. For the day I ate the rest of my carnitas and some cheese. Tomorrow will be a challenge I have some snacks from home and a protein shake.
