Well you can’t bring food to Mexico so my plan was to have coffee, protein shakes and some nuts. I did drink the coffee but ate a few chips with guacamole and cheese. Even though my plan was to only eat my food I’m making exceptions for free food in foreign lands that one cannot bring food into.
I did also have a piece of a Keto brick and some cheese crackers.On the day of the 12th I was not to hungry maybe because of a sunburn I should have known better not to get. I did have some coffee and a piece of cheese. Then for dinner I ate some Keto pancakes. Just eggs, cream cheese and some banana extract.
