I did not want to bore anyone with the same food for days. One thing I’m learning from this is I have a lot of food squirreled away and I don’t eat that much. I’m halfway done and still have a long way to go, to make a dent in my stockpile.
Anyway I had coffee for breakfast. For lunch I made pork chops and Keto corn bread. I substituted bacon fat for the butter in the recipe because I had it in the dish I wanted to cook it in.Then I had more of the same for dinner and a homemade chocolate almond butter fat bomb.I’m also drinking water throughout the day still and sparkling. Been to CrossFit 3 days in a row. Planning on yoga tomorrow.
