I cooked a steak and ate it with the last of the cornbread and some artichoke hearts. I topped it with some Keto steak sauce that I can skip. I’m not a fan of anything with allulose. At least it’s one less thing in my pantry. A friend stopped by and I made her take a few things I’m not going to eat so progress.Then I had steak and eggs for dinner. There was more steak but I ate it before it made it to the plate. Grass fed New York strip was just too irresistible.Later another little can of pate.
I should show something with this so one could figure out the size. And it really tastes better than it looks.
