I finished week 3 a few days ago. I lost another 2 pounds, for a total of 6 pounds. I recommend doing this if your struggling with losing weight or just trying to eat healthier. Since they provide everything you can’t fail. Here’s some things I ate this week.
I will be traveling and visiting my family next week. My plan is to try to copy the meals. I will be staying a few blocks from a Whole Foods so it should be easy. I will update everyone next week.
