I finished week 3 a few days ago. I lost another 2 pounds, for a total of 6 pounds. I recommend doing this if your struggling with losing weight or just trying to eat healthier. Since they provide everything you can’t fail. Here’s some things I ate this week.Still a different meal every day. These breakfasts were great. If I was making them myself I probably would have given myself a bigger portion. But I found if you wait a few minutes you really aren’t hungry.Here are some lunch and dinners. Love anything with sweet potatoes. I also really like zucchini noodles with shrimp. Last week I had it with tomato and meatballs also delicious.The pioneer square cafe will also shrink wrap your food for traveling if you want.
I will be traveling and visiting my family next week. My plan is to try to copy the meals. I will be staying a few blocks from a Whole Foods so it should be easy. I will update everyone next week.
