Copying food delivery

I was away for 10 days. To stick to my diet I shopped mostly at Whole Foods. The salad and hot bars make it easy. Just remember portion control.Ok these pictures are not impressive probably because I forgot to take pictures. Anyway I ate salads with vegetables and a little meat, most of the time.I have not had any alcohol for a month until I visited a pub in Edinburgh Scotland. This strawberry cider was delicious.I also ate some meals at Marks & Spencer which is a grocery store. Most locations are in the United Kingdom, there are some locations in other countries. They have a great selection of prepared food.

Anyway I failed at picture taking but successfully controlled portions because I have lost another 2 pounds.
